We are building
everything, fast.

A group of eight companies, four countries, and almost everything still to write. The roles below are functions to be created, with the freedom that comes with it.

01

Why join us

Four reasons to join the group.

You build your own role

None of these functions exists yet in the group. You define the process, choose the tools and the suppliers, and set the rules everyone will follow afterwards. In publishing, you usually inherit an organisation that has been in place for twenty years.

The book followed end to end

In most houses the editor hands the manuscript to production and loses track of it. Here the four divisions sit under the same roof: you follow your title to the bookshop table, to the group media outlet and to the sale of rights.

Two lists, several markets

The group publishes in French and English and sells rights abroad. You work on titles that exist in several languages, alongside the Paris, New York and London teams.

Resources a young house does not have

A bookshop network, an audiovisual production company, a media outlet, management tools built in-house. You have neither to create them nor to outsource them: they exist and you have access to them.

How we recruit

  1. An answer for everyone Every application receives an answer within two weeks, positive or not. We ask this of our industry for authors; we apply it to candidates.
  2. Three interviews at most A conversation with the team concerned, a professional interview, a meeting with the management. Beyond that it is no longer recruitment but indecision.
  3. An exercise, when it clarifies Depending on the role, a short exercise shows the work rather than describing it. The brief, the time expected and the use that will be made of it are stated in advance.
  4. Published salary ranges Every role carries its range. You know before the first interview what the job is worth here, and we do not waste your time.
