Here is what actually equips our books, our stores and our teams.
The book
A text is captured once, then output to print, digital and audio. Our digital titles are produced as accessible EPUB, readable by screen readers and braille displays, watermarked rather than locked. Every book carries its estimated carbon footprint.

Augmented reading
A scanned page triggers a video, a sound or a three-dimensional model, with no app to install. Depending on the title, holographic content, an audio version or interactive formats are added, designed with the author.

The author
A personal space on Ozalid, where the author follows the book as it goes, from copy-editing to press proof, then sales and royalties. Contracts are signed electronically, royalty statements are annual and detailed.

The bookshop
Our stores will open fully equipped: RFID identification, unified checkout across site and shelves, interactive windows, in-store ordering delivered at home, click and collect. Booksellers’ recommendations are tooled and shared across the network.

Data
Sales come back continuously, returns are tracked and routed to second-life channels. Print-run forecasting relies on that real data, which remains the best way to avoid pulping.

Artificial intelligence
It assists, it does not decide. On manuscripts it prepares the readers’ work: sorting by collection, spotting duplicates, creating a first record card. Every text received is then read by a committee member, and no decision is taken without them. The same rule applies to copy-editing and translation, where the machine does the rough work and people decide.
