Last updated: 30 August 2026. This document sets out what data we collect, for what purposes, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. This is a translation for information; the French version prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data

3. What happens to manuscripts
The texts you entrust to us are read only by the members of the reading committee and the editors concerned. They are neither published, nor passed to third parties, nor used to train an artificial intelligence system. Submitting a text transfers no rights: you remain its author and rights holder.

4. Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible to the All Blue World teams who need it, and to our processors:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) : envoi des e-mails, gestion des contacts et de la newsletter. Données hébergées dans l'Union européenne.
- IONOS (France et Allemagne) : hébergement du site et stockage temporaire des fichiers déposés.

We neither sell nor rent your data. No transfer outside the European Union takes place without appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or choose category by category. Nothing is stored before your choice, apart from what is strictly necessary.
Necessary, always active
Storage of your cookie choice, language and accessibility settings, and form security. These items are stored locally in your browser and never transmitted.
Audience measurement, subject to consent
Anonymised visit statistics used to improve the site. Maximum duration: 13 months.
Delivery, subject to consent
Measurement of our campaigns and personalisation of content.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

Vous pouvez également introduire une réclamation auprès de la CNIL (France) ou de l'autorité de contrôle de votre pays de résidence.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored in a directory that is not reachable from the web and deleted once processed. Access to inboxes and to the contact management tool is protected by two-factor authentication.
8. Minors
Our forms are intended for adults. An author who is a minor must apply with the written consent of their legal guardian, attached to the application.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page prevails; in the event of a substantial change, we inform the people concerned by email.
