Building
a startup?

All Blue World is the venture studio of publishing and the cultural industries of the Ctrl+Alt+Create group. We back the startups reinventing how books are written, made, sold and read, online and in bookshops.

Call for applications open from 21 September to 20 December 2026 Apply ↗

01

Who can apply

Any startup in publishing, or whose technology can serve publishing and bookselling. The project can be a framed idea as much as a company already trading.

The book chain

Assisted writing, production, editorial management, rights, translation, metadata, distribution, last-mile logistics.

Bookshops and retail

Connected stores, RFID, unified checkout, interactive windows, vending, click and collect, tools for recommendation.

Augmented reading

Augmented reality, holographic content, audio, interactive formats, accessibility, new reading habits.

Data and audience

Print-run forecasting, sales tracking, recommendation, semantic search, reader communities, prescription media.

These four areas open up avenues, they in no way restrict applications. A project touching on books, reading or the cultural industries from another angle is considered in the same way.

What you receive

The studio model
  1. Up to one hundred thousand euros of services Up to 100,000 euros of services, to be used across the shared platforms and services of the group: communications, legal, development, art direction, recruitment, accounting. You draw on what you need, when you need it.
  2. Kaïro, access to the whole group Kaïro is the operating system of Ctrl+Alt+Create. A company finds there the seven shared platforms: funding with Ctrl+Alt+Growth, talent with Katalyst Hub, artificial intelligence with Quixx.ai, brands and intellectual property with Ctrl+Alt+IP, communication with Kreativ'Kom, innovation with Ctrl+Alt+Innovate. Add thirty-three shared services, from development to accounting, the clients and channels of the other portfolio companies, and the steering of its own growth against the same benchmarks as the rest of the group. Discover Kaïro
  3. The testing ground What a publishing startup lacks most: real users. You test on the group lists, bookshops and readers instead of waiting two years for a first customer.
  4. Help with funding Local grants, public schemes, investors. The group searches with you and brings its experience of raising money.
  5. In return An equity stake, negotiated project by project according to the value brought and the stage reached. You stay in charge of your company.
