A transaction that creates the Cultural and Creative Industries division of the global venture studio Ctrl+Alt+Create.

Paris, 11 September 2026. Ctrl+Alt+Create announces the acquisition of 70% of the capital of All Blue World, an integrated group specialising in publishing and the cultural and creative industries, which recorded 17 million dollars in consolidated revenue in 2025.
The transaction, structured and led by Meridian Advisory Capital, an investment and strategic advisory firm based in New York, marks a new stage in the development of Ctrl+Alt+Create and confirms the group's ambition to build an international entrepreneurial ecosystem able to create, develop and accelerate companies in strategic sectors. All Blue World becomes the startup studio dedicated to the cultural and creative industries within Ctrl+Alt+Create.
The story of All Blue World begins in 2016 with one ambition: to reinvent the book industry by applying the methods, technologies and entrepreneurial models of tech and venture building. Formally created in 2021 as a publishing house, All Blue World progressively transformed its model to become the first startup studio dedicated to publishing in France, Europe and the United States.
The group has developed an integrated approach combining editorial creation, technology, entrepreneurship and the industrialisation of cultural activities. All Blue World covers the entire book value chain through five complementary trades, carried by the eight companies of the group.
The founder of the group knows that last trade: he built a network of one hundred and twenty-seven French-language bookshops in the United States before selling it. The new network is being built on different foundations. Connected stores, RFID, unified checkout, interactive windows, click and collect, tooled recommendation: the technologies identified by the venture studio serve a buying experience in which the bookseller's advice stays at the centre.
This integration allows All Blue World to develop new business models, accelerate the launch of editorial projects and create new opportunities in a sector undergoing deep transformation.
This evolution was supported by Solal, a startup studio specialising in the creation, transformation and acceleration of companies. Through an approach combining strategy, innovation, technology, product development, operational structuring, access to talent and internationalisation, Solal supported All Blue World in its move from a traditional publishing house to a startup studio model applied to the cultural and creative industries.
That transformation illustrates the mission of Solal: enabling established companies to become more agile, more innovative and able to change scale through entrepreneurial methods drawn from startups.
With the integration of All Blue World, Ctrl+Alt+Create continues to build its global venture studio model. The group heads an ecosystem bringing together five specialised startup studios, more than seventy operating companies and more than 330 projects, across five continents. More than 120 companies are planned within a year.
The ecosystem covers five strategic domains: technology and digital innovation, regulated activities, next-generation education, real estate and new infrastructure, and the cultural and creative industries with All Blue World as its reference startup studio. This organisation allows companies developed within the ecosystem to draw on a common framework combining sector expertise, technology, artificial intelligence, funding, talent, infrastructure, media, distribution and international development.
“Our mission at Solal is to support companies through deep transformation. All Blue World illustrates that approach perfectly: we started from a publishing house and helped bring out an unprecedented startup studio model applied to the cultural industry. This integration within Ctrl+Alt+Create opens a new phase, that of industrialising the model and deploying it internationally.”
Mélanie Martin, CEO of Solal
“We are not only integrating a publishing group. We are integrating a vision, an expertise and a method for building companies. All Blue World shows that a historic sector can be transformed in depth through entrepreneurship, technology and a startup studio approach. With its integration into Ctrl+Alt+Create, we take a new step in our ambition to create the platforms, companies and technologies that will shape tomorrow's economy.”
Sami Jemni, Co-CEO of Ctrl+Alt+Create
“This transaction is a recognition of the work accomplished by all the All Blue World teams since 2016. Turning a publishing house into an integrated group covering the whole book chain was a major challenge. By joining Ctrl+Alt+Create, we keep our editorial DNA while gaining access to an ecosystem able to accelerate our technological development, our international growth and our capacity to support authors and readers still further.”
